If you need to return a full-priced item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Kindly note that item bought in store cannot be sent back to our warehouse. In store return are free.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original tags attached. Kindly note that shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another bag. Damaged shoe boxes will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or as a store credit to be used on our website.
