Returns

If you need to return a full-priced item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. Please click on the returns link below and follow the prompts to prepare your return. (Please note that the cost of your return label, as well as any import duties and taxes, will be deducted from your refund.)

Return rates are as follows:
15€ for Europe
12€ for France
25€ for Australia
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original tags attached. Kindly note that shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another bag. Damaged shoe boxes will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or as a store credit to be used on our website.
To ensure better service, we strongly recommend using our DHL returns label. This label guarantees that your return will be fully protected in the event of loss, provides parcel tracking, and ensures a quicker refund process.
 
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues (such as delays, loss, breakage, theft, etc.) encountered during the return process if items are not returned via our official returns portal. Using this label will allow you to send your items to our warehouse in France without any problems

Kindly note that duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
