Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and any customs charges that may be added to your return package which will be deducted from your refund, as well as the taxes and import duties. The customs charges are not refunded (UK and AUS customers only)
