Online gift cards are digital but can also be used in-store.
Physical cards are only sold in-store but can also be redeemed online.

• Euro Gift Cards can only be used online at eu.thefrankieshop.com and in our Paris boutiques (excluding department store corners).
• USD Gift Cards can be used on thefrankieshop.com and in our New York boutiques.

If you would like to gift a card outside of Europe, please place your order on thefrankieshop.com by changing the destination country at the bottom right of your screen.

To purchase a gift card, please follow these steps on our website:

1. Type “giftcard” in the search bar at the top right.
2. Select the amount of the gift card (from €50 to €500).
3. Add the gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If you would like to offer the gift card and send it directly via email, click SEND AS A GIFT and fill in the required information.

• Choose an image from the available options.
• Select whether you would like the card sent immediately or at a later date by clicking CHOOSE DATE.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
The validity period of the gift card will be communicated upon receipt.
