EXTENDED RETURNS
We have extended the return policy over the festive period to offer flexibility for all online purchases. 

For any purchases made between November 24 and December 24, 2025, returns are extended until January 10, 2026.

Return rates are as follows:

• 15€ for Europe
• 12€ for France
• 25€ for Australia

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original tags attached. Kindly note that shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another bag. Damaged shoe boxes will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or as a store credit to be used on our website.

Please note that duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
